RA Heat’s HPFPC is the only flat plate collector on the global market that can be used in the generation of steam.

Efficiency is further increased by the Super Heat Generator (SHG), the SHG can increase the plant efficiency by an additional 50%.

  • Recycling the steam’s latent heat of evaporation, putting this energy back into the system.    

  • The latent heat of evaporation is approximately 90% of the steam’s energy.  The low-temperature steam is put it back into the system as high-temperature steam. 

  • The SHG supplies 89% of the steam, the boiler provides 11%.

  • The number of HPFPC's normally needed to produce the required solar thermal energy is reduced by up to 50% and the additional fall through benefits are: 

    • Reduces the required Solar field piping and power required to circulate the heated fluid.

    • Less land area is needed for the HPFPC solar collectors.

The Solar thermal Multi Effect Distillation (MED) thermal desalination system is using proven technology with our innovative in-house design, resulting in improved efficiency of the latent heat transfer with a focus on the brackish, reject, Oil & Gas Produced and waste water sectors

key focus is on the rising demand of industrial wastewater treatment at global levels and the increasing shortage of water for domestic and industrial use.  The solution is the brackish, waste and RO reject and oil and gas produced well water markets.
