Paul has over 30 years’ global experience in the energy sector, working across the industry in both strategic and operational roles for some of the largest global service companies, (SLB, BJ Services and Baker Hughes).

He has successfully implemented startup operations in Central Asia, Middle East and held executive leadership roles in Australasia, United States and the Middle East.

He has a proven track record of improved profitability, and managing businesses’ growth with a focus on service delivery and safety.

He has broad experience with mergers, acquisitions and investment projects across the energy and resources sectors. 

Don has over 30 years’ global experience in the oil and gas service industry, working for some of the major global service providers, such as  slb, Trican and  Baker Hughes servicing major operators in North America, Europe, Nth Africa, Central Asia and Russia. holding various roles at an engineering and then management levels.  

Don holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Montana and a Fourth Class Power Engineering certificate from the SAIT,  (Southern Alberta Institute of Technology). 

This combined with his experiences from the O&G  upstream service industry, he has been able to apply this knowledge to the development of solar thermal renewable energy and thermal desalination processes. 

Mohammad, has over 25 years working in the energy sector as a Financial Controller for major global service providers,  with a background in corporate finance and strategy built over in Australasia and the Middle East, Mohammad holds CA degree from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, CIA from Institute of Internal Auditors and a CPA in Australia

He has a strong knowledge with large cross border projects and investments across the energy and resources sectors.
