The Framework / Design Scope of our Systems:

Obround effects, - “RAH-OBR-HS280- A1”, - OBR-HS280 is a submerged horizontal tube evaporator. - This system utilizes the obround effect, designated as RAH-OBR-HS280-A1, engineered by RA Heat for enhanced system performance.
2. Solar Thermal Boiler (STB): Uses renewable solar thermal energy instead of fossil fuels for zero emissions.
3. Super Heat Generator - “SHG Plus+”. (SHGP+) - The SHGP+ recycles the low-pressure steam’s LHE. - Increases the steam volume (kgs/hr), while discharging into the thermal desalination plant.
4. Super Heat Generator – SHG-Variable Connect-MED-CC: The SHG steam discharge locations are optimized depending upon the number of effects or evaporators and if required, the Caustic Concentrator (CC).
5. Chemsaver - RA Heat’s procedure for producing HCl, caustic and soda ash on site
6. SO4Ext - RAH designed Crystallizer, for managing the calcium sulfate scale.
7. HS-SEED - Uses gypsum or silica sand for seeding.
8. Scraped Surface Crystallizer – HSHeat-350: The HSHeat-350 is a specialized crystallizer with a scraped surface system, ensuring efficient crystallization and supporting Zero Liquid Discharge optimization.
9. High-Performance Flat Plate Collector (HPFPC) - RA Heat’s HPFPC is the only flat plate collector on the global market that can be used for generating steam.
10. Volatile Organic Removal – VORem: RA Heat’s procedure for removing BTEX components from water or brine.
